Your role as a Business Coordinator

As a Business Coordinator at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana, you will be the backbone of our financial and administrative operations, working directly with the Director of Administration. This exciting role offers a blend of administrative and financial responsibilities, allowing you to showcase your skills in data entry, vendor management, and accounting bookkeeping. To thrive as a Business Coordinator at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana, you'll need a robust foundation in accounting or business administration, ideally with a Bachelor's degree or one in progress (graduating by 2025). A preference for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role within human services or the nonprofit sector will set you up for success. Your proficiency in budgeting, bookkeeping, and expense tracking will be essential for managing the financial aspects of our organization. Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar accounting software will help streamline your tasks.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Business administration, nonprofit management or related field. Candidates who are on track to complete their degree by 2025 are encouraged to apply
  • 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or operational role within human services and / or nonprofit is preferred.
