OmniSeq by Labcorp in Buffalo, NY is seeking a qualified Histotech to join our team. This position offers a supportive, team-oriented, and engaging environment and will require routine sectioning, H&E staining, PD-L1 IHC, and macrodissection.

PRIMARY DUTIES

Sectioning blocks, H&E staining, and PD-L1 IHC

Perform macrodissection on FFPE

Perform routine maintenance on instruments and equipment to ensure they are in working order

Utilize Laboratory Information Management Systems for tracking and documenting patient samples and processes

Maintain a clean, safe, well-stocked work environment in accordance with molecular standards and wear appropriate personal protective equipment

Other duties as needed

Minimum Requirements

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related discipline required

Must have an appropriate, valid NYS professional license prior to starting

1 year of Histo related experience preferred

5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Pay Range : $32.00 - $41.00

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees / certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
