Base pay range

$40.00 / hr - $50.00 / hr

Job Description

  • Working in tandem with Senior PM
  • Manage Engineering / Architecture projects from inception through final design, bid and award
  • Assist with scheduling and budget management
  • Assist in the management of permitting process
  • Cross functional management to ensure project completion

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
  • 3-7 years of experience in Project Management or Civil Engineering
  • Inclination to obtain a PE, Architect, PMP, or General Contractor License
  • Experience as an Owners Representative

    • Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing interior renovation projects in a public space (i.e., hospitals, theme parks, or airports)
  • PMP certification
  • PE
  • Background in Aviation industry

    • Seniority level
