Location : Hybrid in Dallas

Compensation : $140K-$160K base + 10% annual bonus

A fast-growing investment and technology-driven firm is seeking a skilled IAM Engineer to join their Identity Management team. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, deploying, and optimizing identity and authentication services across cloud and on-prem environments.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement IAM policies across AWS , Azure , and Active Directory .
• Automate IAM processes and manage identity federation and role-based access controls.
• Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with security standards.
• Support authentication technologies including SAML , OAuth , OIDC , and LDAP .
