Your Role
As a Data Governance Senior Manager , you will champion the cultural and organizational transformation required to embed robust data governance practices throughout Genworth. Your primary focus will be to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of a comprehensive data governance program, establishing clear frameworks and standards that align with Genworth's business goals, regulatory obligations, and ethical commitments. You will build and guide a dynamic team of data stewards and facilitate strong relationships with data owners and key business leaders. By fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and stewardship, you will empower business units to take ownership of their data assets and ensure consistent application of governance policies. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the organization's approach to quality, compliance, and responsible data management, ensuring that data is viewed as a critical asset across all levels of the business and serving as the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Genworth.
Through strategic direction, mentorship, and the development of best practices, you will champion continuous improvement in data quality and governance, positioning Genworth as a leader in data-driven decision making and trusted information management.

The base salary pay range for this role starts at a minimum rate of $102,700 up to the maximum of $202,400. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 15% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications to ensure pay equity within the organization.
