Compensation : $240,000+ with Full Benefits

About the Role :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Primary Care Physician to join our established and growing pediatric practice in Coconut Creek, Florida . Led by a team of expert pediatricians, our clinic provides top-quality care to a diverse patient population. We specialize in routine pediatric services such as well-child visits, immunizations, and sports physicals, all delivered with a personalized touch.

Our mission is to create a welcoming, family-centered environment that delivers prompt and high-quality care tailored to each childs individual needs.

Key Details :

Base Salary : $215,000$230,000 (commensurate with experience and board certification)
Annual Bonus Potential : Up to $10,000
Patient Volume : 2530 patients per day
Support Team Includes : Front Desk, Scheduler, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), and one additional ARNP (4x a week)

Qualifications :

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (BC / BE preferred)

FM or IM / Peds

Bilingual : Portuguese (required)
