Nurse Manager 2nd Shift Weekdays

Hattie Larlham is looking for a caring and compassionate 2nd Shift Nurse   Manager (RN) who wants to be part of a mission based on Comfort, Joy, and Achievement for adults and children with intellectual / developmental disabilities.

Opening :

• Nurse Manager (RN)
• Schedule : Full-Time 40 hours / week, Monday to Friday, 2 : 00pm - 10 : 30pm, on-call required
• Location : Mantua, Ohio - Nestled in northern Portage County, between Cleveland and Akron, is the Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Disabilities (Center), an intermediate care facility that provides medical services for 124 children and adults with intellectual / developmental disabilities.

What You’ll Do :

The Hattie Larlham Nurse Manager (RN) manages a highly skilled team of RNs and LPNs along with two other Nurse Managers. The Nurse Managers work collaboratively with the Center’s Medical Team to oversee the care of all residents. Provides guidance for continuous quality nursing services within the Center Nursing department. Assesses and identifies healthcare needs of persons served. Maintains compliance with standards of care and with applicable federal and state regulations. In addition :
