Job Summary

As a Senior Catering Sales Manager , youll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences. This role combines sales expertise, hospitality finesse, and leadership in one of our most dynamic catering environments. Youll build strong client relationships, craft tailored event proposals, and oversee the flawless execution of high-profile events.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive catering sales growth by cultivating new business and nurturing existing relationships.
• Partner with clients to design custom menus, event layouts, and memorable guest experiences.
• Oversee seamless coordination between culinary, operations, and service teams from proposal to execution.
• Lead and inspire a core team of 4 full-time staff , while managing and scheduling up to 20 on-call team members during large-scale events .
• Ensure budgets, contracts, and service standards align with the highest levels of hospitality.
