Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in establishing and leading the Project Control function, which is responsible for monitoring and managing various aspects of data center projects, including cost, schedule, risk, and performance. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong program management skills and experience in project control tools and methodologies. This is not a Technical Program Manager (TPM) role.

Responsibilities :

  • Schedule Mastery :
  • Develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera, identifying critical paths and milestones.
  • Create short-term execution plans and integrate subcontractor schedules.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Reporting and Transparency :
  • Generate dashboards and reports to monitor performance, including KPIs for schedule, budget, and change management.
  • Tailor reports for various stakeholders, providing clear and concise project updates.
  • Document Control and Data Management :
  • Implement centralized systems for efficient document and data management.
  • Maintain version control and audit trails for all project-related decisions.
  • Ensure easy access to critical project information.
  • Cost and Revenue Control :
  • Lead cost management, including budgeting, estimation, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Analyze financial impacts of changes and provide insights to the team.
  • Ensure cost-efficiency and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements :

  • 56 years of experience in a program / project management role, specifically focused on project control or a similar field.
  • PMP certification is mandatory, and experience with Primavera (P6) or other project management software is essential.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
  • Proficiency in creating and analyzing project budgets, schedules, and performance reports.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Experience in risk management and change control processes, with a structured and organized approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex project information to diverse audiences.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of data center construction or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.   • Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • Paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
