Marketing Manager – Influencer & Social Media Marketing

Location : Chicago IL – Remote / Hybrid

Job Overview

You’ll be the creative force driving how the world sees and talks about Predictive Sales AI. Craft powerful influencer campaigns, build engaged communities, and bring our brand personality to life on every platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead influencer strategy : Build, manage, and scale partnerships with creators, ambassadors, and thought leaders in tech, AI, and home services.
  • Build relationships : Identify, connect, and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand’s voice and values.
  • Drive results : Track engagement, conversions, and ROI and use insights to refine campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Own social presence : Create, schedule, and optimize content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Create engaging content : Produce short‑form videos, behind‑the‑scenes stories, and visual assets that inform, entertain, and engage.
  • Spot trends fast : Jump on viral moments, hashtags, and cultural conversations before they peak.
  • Design with flair : Use Adobe Creative Cloud to create visually stunning graphics, animations, and social visuals.
  • Boost performance : Run and optimize paid social campaigns to expand reach and generate high‑quality leads.
  • Measure everything : Report monthly on engagement, growth, and conversions and bring fresh ideas to keep pushing the envelope.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid social, and content optimization.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Stellar multitasking and project management abilities.
  • Confident negotiator with strong interpersonal skills.
