As a Commercial Construction Superintendent , you'll be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities. From schedule enforcement to subcontractor coordination, inspections, and quality control, you'll be our boots on the ground, ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, and up to spec. This role is ideal for someone who is solution-oriented, highly organized, and thrives working independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities across assigned projects
• Supervise subcontractors and temporary labor, ensuring alignment with schedule and quality goals
• Develop and maintain a 3-week lookahead schedule and assist with project schedule updates
• Coordinate inspections and implement Level II or III quality control procedures
• Track deliveries, manage materials, and monitor equipment usage and rentals
• Conduct daily safety inspections and weekly toolbox talks
• Maintain complete daily reports, photos, RFIs, and documentation logs
• Ensure field office operations are up to date, including redline drawings, permits, and PO logs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with the project team and subcontractors
• Provide mentoring and oversight to Assistant Superintendents as needed
