Description :

Hello my name is Cynthia. I'm searching for a housekeeper available in Albuquerque, New Mexico. My aim is to employ an experienced, trustworthy, individual or couple who are available on a bi-weekly basis to clean. My home takes approximately 6 hours for 1 person to clean well, which is why I prefer a duo. There are no children and no smoking in the home. We have 3 house broken friendly dogs that we will contain so they don’t disturb your work. We have had positive, long term relationships with our previous housekeeping team (man / wife).

Details :

My husband and I would like to have basic housekeeping / clean up, (vacuum, dust, ceiling fans, baseboards, etc). I have a couple of windows and glass doors to be cleaned routinely. These needs can change occasionally (such that some rooms or surfaces don’t need to be cleaned every time, but might need cleaning every other time, like stairways). I will supply cleaning supplies (vacuum, bissell vacuum / mop, microfiber rags, solutions. I do expect these items to be emptied, filters cleaned and rags put in wash. Some surfaces may require a ladder or step stool to reach, both will be provided. I would prefer some flexibility in service provided such as maybe a patio cleanup. The top housekeeper would have at least a few years of experience but this is not necessary to apply.
