Key Responsibilities
Provide creative direction and feedback to enhance designers' skills and critical thinking
Mentor and coach designers, fostering a collaborative and curious culture
Translate product goals into design priorities and facilitate communication between design, product, and development teams
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong portfolio showcasing shipped digital products and improved design quality
Experience with cross-functional teams and knowledge of front-end code
Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems and UX research
No formal degree required; relevant skills and experience are prioritized
