HYBRID - 3 days onsite in El Segundo, CA

$118k-$155k DOE + Bonus

Position Overview

We specialize in providing legal services to the insurance industry, handling insurance coverage litigation and analysis, as well as advising on commercial litigation, transportation, employment law, professional liability, and intellectual property. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing cases from inception to resolution, representing clients in legal matters, and contributing to trial preparation and legal writing. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your legal career in a supportive environment.

This role will be focusing on aviation and trucking, but you don't need experience in that. Simply a solid litigation background and a willingness and interest to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and management of litigation cases
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings and during negotiations
• Prepare for trials by organizing evidence and developing case strategy
• Manage case files and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather information
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments
