Responsibilities Manage client service accounts and align with expectations
Drive quality assurance and maintain elevated standards in deliverables
Facilitate cross-disciplinary alignment to enhance user experience
Utilize a systems perspective to integrate multiple initiatives
Encourage innovative thinking and problem-solving within the team
Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders
Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements
The Opportunity As part of the Tax Innovation team you will lead design strategy and execution across a range of complex product environments. As a Manager, you will supervise, develop, and coach teams while managing client service accounts and driving assigned client engagement workstreams. This role requires a focus on inspiring and coaching others, maintaining quality and alignment, and thriving in ambiguous situations to facilitate collaboration and clarity.
What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree
5 years of managing UX designers and guiding multi-stream design execution
What Sets You Apart Proven leadership in UX across complex product environments
Experience in managing and coaching design teams
Ability to translate business needs into user strategies
Designing and leading collaborative workshops with stakeholders
Skilled in Figma and Miro for design collaboration
Balancing user-centered design with agile delivery demands
Clear communication with diverse audiences
Experience designing for AI-enabled tools is a plus
Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is : $99,000 - $266,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
