Senior Treasury Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Treasury, Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate debt capital markets transactions, including legal document review and financial analyses

Develop financing strategies and maintain long-term liquidity forecasts

Prepare financial presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field

8-10+ years of Treasury / Capital markets experience, preferably in investment banking

5+ years of people leadership experience in a remote environment

Experience with debt capital markets transactions and asset-backed securitization

Understanding of complex debt agreements and experience with executive management interactions
