job_description.job_card.job_descriptionThree years of experience working with children or at least 1 year experience and post-high school education IN social work or related field. High School Diploma or GED (College Degree Preferred) Valid Arizona driver's license with satisfactory driving record. Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. Supervisory experience, preferably as a group home or program manager. Once promoted to House Manager role, shift changes to Monday through Friday from 6am to 4 : 30 pm with on-call phone to provide support to staff and clients 24 / 7. Must have at least six months paid childcare experience and at least 3 1 / 2 years of any combination of the following : 1. Paid child care or related experience; or2. Post-high school education in social work or a related field. Must be 21 or older Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance Once promoted to House Manager role, shift changes to Monday through Friday from 6am to 4 : 30 pm with on-call phone to provide support to staff and clients 24 / 7.

We are seeking a House Managers in Training to work with foster children between the ages of 3-18 in our group homes located in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and Avondale.
Responsibilities :
- Learn the duties and obligations of the house manager role.
- Maintain a safe, productive, pleasant, and joyful environment for children living within SRH group homes.
- Implement, monitor, and document the daily schedule, interactions, and positive behavioral management techniques.
- Facilitate therapeutic, recreational, and social skills.
- Manage and supervise staff and resources.
- Adhere to agency standards of practice for clients, staff, and the public.
