Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN for a travel job in Indianola, Iowa.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty : LPN / LVN
• Discipline : LPN / LVN
• Duration : 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift : 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type : Travel

EMR : PCC

Shift : 12H Nights, 6pm-6am with every other weekend

Common diagnoses / types of patients : Hypertension, diabetes, assistance with ADLs / transfers

Weekend requirement : Yes, every other

Holiday requirement : Every other, rotates annually

Ratios : 1 : 40 (Medication aides available for pills)
