Job Duties And Responsibilities
Oversees the property grounds, public areas, and hotel guest roomsConducts preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns in hotel accommodationsPaints, replaces electrical accessories, maintains HVACCheck fixtures, lighting, and signs for proper operation; maintain an adequate supply of spare parts and light bulbsResponds to maintenance orders in a timely mannerFulfills work orders in a timely mannerCompleted daily rounds, identifying and reporting problemsPerform various other duties as assignedEducation And Experience
Minimum of three (2) years in a hotel maintenance position preferredPreferred but not necessary, one (1) year of college or trade school equivalent in a mechanical, electrical, and / or technical disciplinesIn-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentryKnowledge, Skills And Abilities
Basic math skillsAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingAbility to exceed expectations of guests and team membersExcellent time management skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDS
