Position : Restaurant Server Assistant- Part Time

Reports to : Food & Beverage Supervisor and Banquets & Outlets Manager

Job Purpose : Responsible for providing excellent service to guest(s) in a courteous manner to exceed their dining expectations.

Job Summary : The Restaurant Busser is responsible for maintaining the dining area; clearing and resetting tables and taking dishes to the kitchen area.

Wage : $10 an hour + tips

Duties

• Provide welcoming atmosphere to guest.
• Be courteous, friendly, and helpful to fellow employees, vendors, and guests.
• Stocks bus stations, cleans glassware, and refills drinks.
• Responds to additional guest requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to guest spills or other special needs.
• Welcomes guests by exchanging pleasantries; escorting them to assigned dining area; presenting menus; announcing waitperson’s name.
• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies.
• Helps dining room staff by setting and clearing tables; replenishing water; serving beverages.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Responsibilities will include bussing, hosting, food running, and helping with to-go orders.
