Join our team as a Customer Advocacy Specialist within our Policy & Life Administration Department (PLADS) and become the crucial link between our policyholders and their benefits! We are seeking motivated individuals passionate about providing exceptional service and ensuring accurate policy administration.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Advocacy Specialist in PLADS, you'll be the frontline support for policy and administration inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Inbound Call Management : Handle a high volume of inbound calls from policyholders, beneficiaries, and agents regarding policy status, coverage details, billing, claims status, and administrative changes for life and supplemental insurance products.
  • Accurate Documentation : Meticulously document all interactions, research, and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity for policy records.
  • Complex Inquiry Resolution : Research, interpret, and explain complex policy language, contractual provisions, and state-specific regulations clearly and simply to customers.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or insurance / financial services role.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills ; ability to convey detailed information with empathy and clarity.
  • Remote Setup : Must have a dedicated, quiet, distraction-free workspace, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and the ability to meet minimum technical specifications for home office equipment (headset, monitor setup, etc.).
  • Availability : Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to adhere to a set work schedule within [Insert Time Zone(s) Here, e.g., Eastern or Central Time Zone] .
