A company is looking for a Remote Member Services Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Support all lines of insurance processing, including generating enrollments and handling member inquiries
Provide exceptional customer service while resolving member issues and escalating when necessary
Enroll members in coverage and assist management with member complaints and inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School degree required; some college coursework preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in insurance or call center settings
Basic understanding of life insurance operations and products preferred
Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
