Legal Assistant / Paralegal needed. Candidate should have computer and technical knowledge as well as strong analytical, communication and organizational skills. Experience with personal injury and / or immigration cases are a plus. Ability to speak Spanish is also a plus. Salary will depend on experience. This is an in-office position.

Duties and Responsibilities include :

Communicating with clients

Summarizing cases and preparing reports for attorneys

Conducting legal research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments

Reviewing and drafting routine legal documents

Preparing and managing various cases

Collecting, organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases

Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes
