A day in the life
It’s 6 : 00 a.m. in Enon, OH. You lace up your steel-toe shoes, slide on your safety glasses, and step into a clean, organized paint area. You review the day’s queue of pumps, stators, and parts, confirm your materials, and mix coatings to spec. By mid-morning, you’ve prepped, masked, and sprayed multiple assemblies, recorded paint and waste logs, and helped a teammate load a paint table with the lift truck. After lunch, you tackle preventive maintenance, clean guns and lines, and finish a set of parts needed for a marketing display. Before 2 : 00 p.m., you place a replenishment order for coatings and supplies, tidy the booth, and verify every piece meets quality standards.
