Sales Executive

This job includes a commission structure, base and bonus. Total Potential Annual Earnings : $50,000 - $150,000. Sales Executive's primary purpose is to drive new business growth within the agency. Sales Executive's will develop and maintain favorable customer relationships with both new and existing customers. This person will be responsible for prospecting, soliciting, quoting, and selling new group sales related to Employee Benefits. Will provide the review of existing benefit plan coverages, perform a market analysis, and prepare strategy recommendations tailored to the clients' individual needs. The Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding of any new digital benefit platforms recommended and conducting the initial Open Enrollment. Will develop and execute individual business plans to meet sales and growth goals as assigned by management. Sales Executives are expected to grow their book of business year over year.

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience required.
• 3+ years of successful business to business experience of which must have been in employee benefits brokerage or health plan group product sales.
• In-depth knowledge of employee welfare benefits, understanding HMOs, PPOs, Self-Insured and Consumer Directed Health Plans, as well as ancillary coverages such as life, disability and dental insurance.
• Property & Casualty Broker's license and / or Life, Accident, and Health license or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
