Key Responsibilities
Capture, research, and resolve user issues and impacts utilizing available tools
Monitor logs, notifications, and alerts
Follow documented service guidelines for research and resolution within defined service level agreements
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience within an operational platform support
1+ years of experience developing SQL queries and running reports
1+ years of experience within the healthcare data environment - eligibility, claims, etc
1+ years of experience working with Healthcare Operations & Support
Demonstrated ability to manage assigned work with minimal oversight
