Interior Design Director

Overview

Interior Design Director opportunity to join a company with a strong culture and work / life balance. The role is based in Denver, CO with hybrid work (3 days in office / 2 days remote) and travel to job sites as needed.

The Model Home Design Director oversees designated Project Teams in the Model Home Department to ensure successful production of Model Home projects that showcase high-quality design. As a Design Director, they are the Account Manager for specific Client Accounts to ensure consistency in communication and deliverables and optimize the overall client experience. They oversee Project Leads and collaborate with Design Directors and the Senior Director of Design Studio Management for project and team resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee designated Project Teams in the Model Home Department to ensure high-quality design outcomes.
• Serve as the Account Manager for specific Client Accounts to ensure consistent communication and deliverables and optimize the client experience.
• Provide oversight of Project Leads and collaborate with Design Directors and Senior Director of Design Studio Management for project and team resource allocation.
• Drive creative direction and vision, quality assurance, market research and trend analysis.
