Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the specialty and infusion pharmacy industry

Develop relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs

Collaborate with the team to match candidates with suitable job opportunities

Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process

Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to better serve clients and candidates

Requirements :

Proven experience as a recruiter or sales professional, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries

Knowledge of specialty and infusion pharmacy practices and regulations is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
