Job Description

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30), Friday-Monday + 1 additional weekday of your choice

Guaranteed Hours : Not specified

Experience : Minimum 2 years required; prior traveler experience needed

License : Valid state license required

Certifications : Only AHA and Red Cross certifications accepted

Must-Have : Ability to perform admissions and complete Oasis assessments

Job Description :

• Conduct up to 6 home health visits per day
• Complete unit orientation within 8 hours
• Adhere to call and float requirements specified by the unit
• Work every weekend as required
• Follow COVID-19 and flu vaccine policies with exemptions only for medical or religious reasons
• Provide references as required and may commence with a second pending
• Comply with background policy, including license or background checks needing prior approval
