As we grow our service footprint, were looking for experienced Appliance Repair Technicians ready to take ownership of their routes, mentor junior techs, and represent our company with professionalism and pride.

If you enjoy diagnosing complex problems, delivering 5-star service, and mentoring others, this role is for you.

Your Role

Troubleshoot and repair advanced appliance issues across all major brands.

Maintain and manage your assigned service vehicle and inventory.

Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.

Document repairs via our service app.

Occasionally assist in training junior techs or leading field ride-alongs.

Uphold Cocoplums reputation for prompt, polite, and professional service.

Compensation & Schedule

Hourly pay : $30$40 / hour , based on experience.

MondayFriday, with optional Saturday availability.

Paid travel time, van and gas card included.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in appliance repair or related trades

Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, and diagnostics

Clear communication skills with customers and dispatch

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Ability to lift / maneuver large appliances using safety equipment

Self-sufficient, efficient, and driven

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Experience

Certifications in appliance repair, HVAC / R, or electronics, Gas Technician license

Familiarity with smart appliance diagnostics and connected systems

Experience mentoring or training others
