Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new partners to expand market coverage
Develop and execute partner acquisition strategies aligned with growth objectives
Build and nurture relationships with existing partners to increase solution adoption and revenue
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in partner recruitment, channel development, or business development in the software or technology sector
Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems with a focus on acquisition and enablement
Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions; experience with IT asset management or FinOps platforms is a plus
Deep knowledge of the reseller and commercial partner landscape
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
