We are looking for a Contract Support Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves managing supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation while ensuring compliance with client and internal requirements. The position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work closely with vendors and clients to support procurement and contracting processes.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the administration and management of supplier contracts and related documentation.
- Coordinate contract negotiations with vendors to ensure favorable terms.
- Interface with vendors and clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet to analyze data and create reports.
- Perform detailed analysis using pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions to support decision-making.
- Ensure all certifications and documentation are consistent with client and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to support contract-related processes.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with suppliers to optimize procurement operations.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance to ensure alignment with established terms.
- Provide administrative support for contract management tasks as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with suppliers and clients.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools for data organization and analysis.
- Solid analytical skills to evaluate and interpret contract-related data.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills in contracting and procurement processes.
- Entry-level to mid-level experience in contract management or procurement.
- Familiarity with 365 and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
