Sales Representative
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to build strong relationships with retailers to drive product awareness and sales. This role involves increasing product visibility, securing shelf space, coordinating promotional efforts, and gathering market insights to support business growth and product sales.
Key Responsibilities - Sales Representative
- Sell products and promotions to retail partners, encouraging increased stock and prime placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers to support sales goals.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
- Ensure merchandising displays are properly placed and maintained.
- Monitor retail compliance with partnership agreements and promotional programs.
- Collect and report customer and market insights to help improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and act on sales opportunities.
Qualifications - Sales Representative
High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred)1-2+ years of direct sales experienceMust be a self-starter and eager to grow product awareness and increase ordersValid driver's license and clean driving history recordProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft TeamsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and time managementAbility to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work with diverse teamsWillingness to drive / travel daily. This position will require you to drive / travel locally 60%-80% as you progress.Comfortable and ok working in the tobacco industryAdditional Requirements - Sales Representative
Must reside within or near the assigned territory's office - Gallatin, TNComfortable being fully onsite in beginning for training purposesAbility to lift / move items (10-50lbs), stand or walk for extended periods, and work in retail and office environmentsTravel to client sites required after temporary period and converted to a permanent hire#INOCT2025
