Key Responsibilities
Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages for sales performance and pipeline
Provide operational support across quota management and sales performance analysis
Identify and improve key sales workflows and partner with teams to enhance CRM data quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or finance
5-7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related fields supporting large sales organizations
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and planning tools like Pigment or Anaplan
Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques
Proven ability to drive process improvements and scalable operational solutions
