As an expert negotiator and trusted team leader, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of negotiation principles and contract terms to build strong customer relationships. You will independently tackle challenges, identify risks, and develop effective solutions under pressure. Your proficiency in mitigating business and contractual risks, uncovering cost-saving opportunities, and exploring new contracting areas will be essential.
- Manage the full cycle of contracting for Ortho & Spine implant agreements for the GPO
- Needs Assessment & Category Strategy
- Market Research & Supplier Prequalification
- RFP / RFI Development & Issuance
- Bid Evaluation & Negotiation
- Contract Drafting & Legal Review
- Contract Award & Execution
- Implementation & Member Onboarding
- Negotiate national agreements for Ortho / Spine implant devices, ensuring best pricing and contract terms.
- Manage a portfolio with an annual spend of $100m-$200m.
- Conduct market research, strategy development, RFI / RFP / Bid preparation, contract negotiations, and launch contracts.
- Present contract strategies and award recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Manage supplier relationships
