The Project Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of assigned contracts, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, company policies, and procedures in the successful performance of assigned accounting units (AUs). The role also requires fiscal oversight of the AU(s) to maximize efficiency.

The Project Manager will manage and oversee assigned contracts, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and company policies, and will oversee the fiscal performance of the assigned AU(s) to promote maximum efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in facility maintenance (FM) services or related.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge and experience of contract operations.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence, satisfactory driving record, and insurable under the corporate policy.
• Eligibility to work on the specified contract(s).
• Ability to pass all required regulatory and security background screening.

Physical Requirements

May travel to and from various locations and buildings throughout the year in various weather conditions. Most work takes place indoors. May work with cleaning chemicals. Requires following the Emergency Operations Work Assignment per customer requirements. Schedules are subject to change. May require work early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends / holidays. Regularly required to bend, crouch, walk, climb stairs and ladders, reach above head, sit to drive, and lift up to 40 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
