TRC's client, a leader in the automotive manufacturing industry, has a remote opportunity for an HRIS consultant!
They are moving from UKG to Dayforce and this person will act as the right hand to the HRIS manager leading Data migration efforts and configuring Dayforce!
Key Responsibilities
UKG Ready Support & Maintenance
Provide ongoing support for UKG Ready during transition
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, inquiries, and data discrepancies
Assist with reporting and data extraction
Data Migration & Validation
Collaborate on data mapping, cleansing, and transformation for Dayforce
Support data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Reconcile migrated data between UKG and Dayforce
Dayforce Configuration & Implementation
Participate in configuration (workflows, rules, roles, interactions)
Support unit, UAT, and regression testing
Document configuration decisions and maintain artifacts
Project Coordination & Documentation
Track and report task progress and deliverables
Maintain process, decision, and configuration documentation
Assist in developing training materials and user guides
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with HR, Payroll, IT, and partners on requirements and timelines
Provide feedback on system design and functionality
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field
3+ years HRIS administration, implementation, or consulting
Experience with UKG Ready and / or Dayforce preferred
Proven background in data migration, configuration, testing, and training
Familiarity with HR processes (onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance)
Strong knowledge of data integrity, security, and compliance
Interpersonal skills for cross-functional and vendor collaboration
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
