TempExperts is seeking mechanically inclined and motivated candidates for a Machine Operator role with a leading manufacturing team in Oldsmar, FL . This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with advanced industrial machinery and grow into a specialized trade. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Must have working knowledge of machinery and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gages, etc.).

Responsibilities :

Operate, monitor, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.

Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, adjustments) and prepare parts / materials for production.

Feed raw materials or parts into machines and oversee production cycles.

Inspect parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, gages) to ensure quality standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues during operations.

Maintain accurate production records, logs, and inventory documentation.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.

Requirements / Education :

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn detailed technical processes.

Familiarity with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gages).

Comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and safety awareness.

Effective teamwork and communication skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade training a plus.

Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
