Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Summary :

Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) , you will play a vital role in providing advanced nurse practice while administering anesthesia to patients. You'll be responsible for preparing and delivering anesthesia agents to surgical and obstetrical patients, all under the guidance of a delegating physician. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring safe and effective anesthesia services, with overall accountability resting with our Medical Director.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients peri-operatively, including history, physical exams, and reviewing health records.
• Make post-operative rounds to monitor patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about anesthesia and procedures.
• Perform essential procedures such as drawing blood, administering various types of anesthesia, and placing central venous lines.
• Provide regional anesthesia under the supervision of a physician, including spinal and epidural blocks.
• Initiate and transcribe orders from collaborating physicians.
• Manage intravenous catheter placements and administer fluids, blood products, and medications.
• Utilize advanced techniques in mechanical ventilation and resuscitation.
