The Human Capital Associate plays an integral role in advancing Concurrent’s mission to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent across the firm. This position serves as a trusted resource to employees and managers while ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations and long-term people initiatives.
Working closely with the Human Capital leadership team, this individual will help drive initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement. The Human Capital Associate will also contribute to broader strategic efforts such as culture development, performance management, and process optimization to strengthen the employee experience and support Concurrent’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Manage logistics for interviews and new-hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new team members.
- Oversee system setup and orientation tasks.
- Support internship and early-career recruiting initiatives in partnership with universities and career programs.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Serve as a first-point contact for general HR inquiries with a focus on service and responsiveness.Support internal engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and firm-wide events.Help facilitate employee surveys and assist with summarizing feedback and insights.Contribute to initiatives that enhance Concurrent’s culture, communication, and collaboration.HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity within HRIS and related systems.Partner with payroll and benefits teams to ensure timely and accurate employee updates.Assist with compliance requirements including I-9 verification, EEO tracking, and record retention.Help draft, proof, and distribute communications, and process updates.Benefits & Administration
Provide support for benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiries.Liaise with our PEO to process employee changes, updates, and policy acknowledgments.Ensure benefit and payroll data aligns with current employment records.Projects & Analytics
Assist with the performance management cycle, tracking completion and follow-up.Compile HR metrics and data reports to support leadership decision-making.Participate in Human Capital projects focused on process optimization, technology implementation, and continuous improvement.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative capacityStrong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships across departments.High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS and ATS experience preferred.Experience in financial services or professional services industry a plus.Benefits
