Responsibilities

  • The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively.
  • Be part of the store leadership team and drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

  • Schedule will vary weekly but expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week

Qualifications

  • Education — High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience — At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
  • Supervisor / managerial experience — No supervisory / management experience is required

    • The starting rate for this position is $19.25 per hour (the recruiting pay range is $19.25 - $19.25 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
