Responsibilities
- The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively.
- Be part of the store leadership team and drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

- Schedule will vary weekly but expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week

Qualifications
