About the Role :

The Class A or B CDL Bob Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods to various locations. This position requires a dedicated individual who can operate a bobtail truck efficiently while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. The driver will be responsible for loading and unloading cargo, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintaining accurate logs of their driving activities. The ultimate goal is to provide exceptional service to our clients while ensuring the integrity of the cargo being transported. This role is vital in supporting the overall logistics and supply chain operations of the company.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

(Having an A is a plus, but not required)

Clean driving record with no major violations

Ability to pass DOT

physical

and

drug screening

Must be

23 years of age or older

Must pass a

pre-employment background check

Must live within a commutable distance to the assigned yard

Must be able to operate

manual transmissions (10–18 speed). No Restrictions

Compensation & Travel

Hourly pay based on experience

40+ hours per week , with

time and a half for overtime

Company-paid hotel

for overnight stays

$45.00 per diem

per night for travel

Daily company-paid Lunch

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience operating bobtail or similar trucks

Basic knowledge of

vehicle maintenance and minor repairs

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate trucks in compliance with

FMCSA, OSHA, and Denali

regulations

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; complete

DVIR reports

daily

Load and unload cargo, ensuring secure placement and accurate documentation

Maneuver vehicles into loading and unloading positions using crew signals as needed

Read and interpret maps to determine efficient routes

Couple and uncouple trailers; connect and disconnect air and electrical lines as required

Collect delivery instructions from dispatchers, area managers, or supervisors and verify all details

Operate communication equipment such as

ELDs

and

CB radios

safely and effectively

Safety Expectations

Follow all Denali, OSHA, and FMCSA safety standards at all times

Identify and address any unsafe conditions immediately

Ensure all mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in proper working condition before driving
