Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring of associates, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing associate recognition, communicating expectations consistently and effectively, ensuring a belonging mindset in the workplace, and recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$80,000.00 Plus Differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges) Minimum Qualifications : 2 years of college; OR 1 years retail experience and 1 years supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 years supervisory experience.
