Position : Web Project Manager / Digital Producer

Isadora Agency is seeking an experienced Web Project Manager / Digital Producer to join our team.

The Web Project Manager / Digital Producer leads branding and interactive website projects from inception through strategy, design, development, and completion. The role involves ensuring the final product meets stakeholder needs and exceeds client expectations. The ideal candidate takes ownership of projects, efficiently plans, organizes, prioritizes, and coordinates with specialists across multiple projects. Responsibilities include client brainstorming, project planning, client interaction, managing design and development teams, and maintaining project schedules. Daily communication and clear idea explanation are crucial, as you represent the agency to clients. This role offers leadership growth opportunities, especially for those passionate about digital, creative collaboration, and producing high-quality web, mobile, and digital solutions from scratch. You will analyze research, prepare deliverables, collaborate on design, and influence the final digital product.

Candidates should have over 3 years of experience managing medium to large-scale website projects, including all phases of website creation such as concept development, strategy, visual design, development, QA, and implementation. Ability to understand and clarify strategic business requirements and communicate complex ideas straightforwardly is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage strategic website and digital projects for diverse brands
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of work from other Producers
• Collaborate with President, Creative Director, design & technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the agency
• Organize and lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and design presentations
• Manage client feedback and revision processes to maintain quality standards
• Define technical requirements and oversee development
• Document functionality and administrative details of final products
• Have 3+ years experience as an eCommerce Specialist or website Project Manager
• Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and organization
• Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Show natural leadership with positive energy and enthusiasm
• Practice humility, empathy, and openness to feedback
• Apply standard project management workflows and practices
• Experience in Web Design or UX Design is a huge plus
• Proficiency in WordPress administration is a plus
• Capable of leading interactive branding and website projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a creative environment
• Maintain high-quality standards and contribute to innovative projects
