LOCATION NOTE : This in-person role is located on our Austin, TX campus.

What You Will Be Doing

• Owning daily campus operations—everything from fire safety to staff onboarding and ensuring a seamless learning environment.
• Tackling tech challenges head-on : troubleshooting issues, managing device migrations, and serving as the go-to resource for tech needs.
• Creating polished, professional spaces for events and ensuring they run without a hitch.
• Building trust with students, parents, and staff by delivering clear communication and outstanding service.
• Ensuring campus safety through effective protocols, drills, and security measures.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD / hour, which equates to $60,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
