Customer Care Representative
The Customer Care Representative assists the Customer Care Team in performing daily tasks to include fielding incoming customer phone calls and emails, answering customer questions, resolving order issues, tracking packages and responding to customer concerns. This position reports to the Customer Care Supervisor.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
