My client is a mid-sized law firm specializing in education law, representing school and community college districts throughout California.

Job Details :

• Prepare and process motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery-related materials.
• Manage, organize, and retrieve large volumes of hard copy and electronic documents.
• Conduct legal research and fact-gathering, utilizing resources like Westlaw.
• Stay current with court dockets, calendared litigation, and administrative agency hearing dates.
• Prepare and process court and administrative filings, including e-filing.
