Accounts Receivable Specialist

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Improve accounts receivable performance through AR Aging metrics

Identify and resolve customer payment issues through proactive communication

Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role

Experience in the Multifamily or Proptech space preferred

Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
