About the Role As a Board Member of the Employee Benefits Trust, you will play an important role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of employee benefit programs. Your insights and oversight will help support the well-being and safety of City employees.

Board Member Responsibilities Conduct quarterly reviews of trust accounts for employee benefits and workers' compensation Participate in the annual budget review for these trust accounts Provide feedback on safety and wellness strategies implemented by the City
