Locums to Perm Hematology Oncology Clinic + Call Grand Rapids, MI Why This Role

• Locum-to-perm opportunity at a comprehensive cancer center
• Predominantly hematology-focused patient panel
• Collaborative team with strong APP support and multidisciplinary care Assignment Details
• Start : 10 / 1 / 2025
• End : Ongoing
• Schedule : Outpatient clinic M-F 8a-5p, after-hours call as part of call pool (5p-7a)
• Call Ratio : 1 : 5
• Setting : Inpatient consult service, outpatient clinic, infusion center
• Average Daily Census : 10-15 inpatient, 15 outpatient
• EMR : Epic Clinical Details
• Nearly all hematology with some oncology
• Cancer center attached to hospital
• Participation on tumor board
• FNA / Biopsy procedures
• Orders tests and imaging, prescribes
• Multidisciplinary team with 6 physicians, radiation oncology onsite, and robust APP support Requirements
• Board Certified in Hematology Oncology
• Active MI license strongly preferred (will review candidates needing to obtain)
• BLS
• Clean history Skills Needed
• Inpatient and outpatient hematology oncology care
• FNA / Biopsy
• Tumor board participation
• Collaborative care with APPs and specialists
